Albert Esquivel was born and raised in a small Gulf Coast town in Texas, where hustle, loyalty, and grit were part of everyday life. He launched his professional career in sports marketing, founding Southwest Management and working with PepsiCo for 12 years—building brands, driving results, and learning what it takes to win at a high level.

In 2011, everything changed when Albert’s son, Cody, attended PCC to play junior college football. When Cody’s football career came to an end, he made the bold decision to pursue acting—with the guidance and support of his father. That ignited Albert’s passion for the entertainment industry and pushed him to take a leap of faith, relocating to Los Angeles, California, to build something bigger.

By 2016, Albert signed his first clients. Since then, he has doubled his roster, expanded nationwide while maintaining strong Texas roots, and built powerful, trusted relationships across casting and the entertainment industry. After nine successful years as a Talent Manager, Albert leveled up—making the move to become a Talent Agent, Same, Same……..but Different.

Albert’s Southern charm, high energy, and transparency make him instantly approachable, while his relentless work ethic sets him apart. He is always available, always pushing forward, and always willing to go the extra mile—for his clients, their families, and the industry as a whole.
